This course is a continuation of the Beginner I course. Students continue to strengthen language skills through sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Students will develop communicative skills through simple and routine tasks requiring a basic exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Foundational topics include talking about one's background and experiences, environment, needs, wants, desires and interests. Classes meet Monday thru Thursday for 1.15 hours.
